The STUDIO apartment is an OPEN PLAN APARTMENT with a private bathroom
with a shower.
We have the following available to accommodate 5 guests in the open plan apartment:

* 1 x Bunk bed (sleeps 2)
* 1 x Mattress and bedding can be provided for 5th person.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, as well as
tea-and-coffee-making facilities, induction plate with pots and pans.
Street parking is available, only 3 meters away from your front door -
very save.
The apartment have a funky rustic industrial design with all major
creature comforts.

LOADSHEDDING:
When Cape Town is experiencing loadshedding your apartment will have limited power via a dedicated INVERTER system for the apartment that will provide enough electricity for the TV, mediabox, sound bar, standing floor light, floor fan and wifi. Enough for up to 4 hours loadshedding at a time. We also provide a few rechargeable lights.
We also provide a 2 plate gas stove for you to be able to make coffee and be able to cook food during loadshedding.
The apartment has double glazed windows for better temperature control
for your convenience.
It is very central situated, close to all major holiday and business
destinations in the Western Cape.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD & SURROUNDING AREAS
Our neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Durbanville also have some
great restaurants and activities to explore. The Durbanville Golf course
is only 2.4km away.
We also have our own lovely Durbanville wine
route exploring Meerendal, Diemersdal, Nitida, Durbanville Hills, Groot
Phizantekraal and more. All within 10 km from our home. For an amazing
culinary experience we have some great and unique restaurants, KleinRoosBoom, where you sit and wine and dine in some old cement wine
barrels, De Grendel Wine estate with beautiful views of Table Mountain
and a truly fine dine experience.
For some great coffee and cake you can
visit SOET, Oppiekoffie & Chocolat. We also have some great
mountain biking tracks on a number of wine farms.
Our property is
also perfectly situated close to all the necessary convenience stores,
with Cobble Walk center only 700m down the road, SPAR only 250m away and
